This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to execute comprehensive pedestrian‑friendly upgrades along South Rockbridge Road in Gwinnett County. The work includes earthwork, curb and gutter installation, concrete flat work, asphalt paving, storm‑drain pipe placement, and the addition of new sidewalks, striping, traffic signals, and a fiber‑optic detection system to improve safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
