Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to enter into a sole source contract with AGILITI HEALTH, INC. for the rental of mobile surgical lasers, cryoablation systems, fusion biopsy systems, and ultrasound systems, including delivery, setup, operation support, removal, and manufacturer trained technician services. The equipment and services will be used at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide commercial per procedure rental services, and the Government will pay on a per procedure basis according to the pricing provided in the contract.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing mobile, commercial, and suitable equipment for hospital Operating Room environments
• Including all necessary accessories, cables, disposables, and interface components required for operation
• Ensuring equipment is compatible with the facility's standard electrical supply and OR workflows
• Providing a trained technician capable of setup, operation support, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring access to a backup unit when required to avoid case cancellation or delays
• Complying with all applicable FDA classifications for medical devices, OR laser safety standards, and facility policies
• Maintaining equipment in safe working order and providing required disposables, fibers, and accessories for each procedure
