Description
The Gadsden Independent School District seeks a qualified provider to deliver school‑psychologist services across its K‑12 schools. The contractor must perform psychological evaluations (including for Emotional Disturbance, Autism Spectrum, and Other Health Impairment), participate in multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and travel between sites using its own vehicle. All evaluation materials, equipment, and protocols will be supplied by the district. The contract is a one‑year base period with up to three one‑year renewal options, paid on an hourly rate (gross receipts tax excluded).
• Provide Level 2 or Level 3 licensed school psychologist services (Level 1 only under supervision).
• Conduct evaluations, re‑evaluations, and team participation during regular school hours and occasional after‑hours meetings.
• Travel to multiple school locations; the provider must use its own vehicle and cover associated costs.
• Submit five hard‑copy proposals by 2:00 p.m. on 10 Nov 2022; no electronic submissions accepted.
• Insurance minimums and licensing compliance are mandatory for award eligibility.
