Description
The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet Authority) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding their capability to provide a Data Verification and Validation Link Analysis Software Platform with Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for network performance analytics and data validation. This RFI aims to gather information for market research purposes to understand the availability and capability of vendors to fulfill the requirements. The solution should support the sustainment, transition, reuse, and enhancement of existing capabilities while minimizing disruption and risk. The key aspects of the solution include data verification and validation, link analysis, AI/ML capabilities, and compliance with FedRAMP Moderate requirements.
Some key points to consider include:
• The solution must be able to ingest and process large volumes of data (initially 5TB, scaling to ~150TB over time) while maintaining performance and compliance.
• The system should support real-time and batch processing, with latency targets defined per use case.
• The solution must be able to integrate with existing Government-owned data integrations, workflows, and user-facing applications.
• Vendors should propose strategies for portability, including export in common formats, open standards, and documentation of data lineage and model logic.
• The Government anticipates providing historical datasets as Government Furnished Information (GFI) where feasible.
