Accessible Pedestrian Signals Installation Project FY25-26

The City of Laguna Niguel invites bids for the installation of Accessible Pedestrian Signals at six locations within the city. The project includes the removal of existing pedestrian push buttons and the installation of new ones. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days, not including material procurement, from the date of the Notice to Proceed with Construction Activities, anticipated to start in December 2025. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond and a labor and material payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. • The project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. • The successful bidder must comply with all labor compliance requirements under the contract and applicable law. • The City will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
