Description

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking information about commercial solutions for an AI-driven image search tool. The tool should meet the requirements outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to process and grant patents. The USPTO is interested in solutions that can demonstrate their capabilities and functionality through a product demonstration. The objectives of this RFI are to gather information about the commercial marketplace and to determine which vendors are most likely to successfully meet the agency's requirements. • The USPTO is seeking a turnkey solution for all 3 patent types. • The solution should be a commercial product or service. • The solution should be able to demonstrate its capabilities and functionality through a product demonstration. • The USPTO prefers a solution that is already in a final FedRamp status, but may consider solutions with a FedRamp in-process status.

Budget estimate

$500,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate because the document does not provide a specific budget or payment amount. However, based on the fact that the USPTO is seeking a SaaS solution for an AI-driven image search tool, the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $5 million, depending on the complexity of the solution and the number of patents to be processed. The budget could also be influenced by the FedRamp status of the solution, with final FedRamp status potentially commanding a higher price.
