The City of Piqua, Ohio is seeking qualified contractors to perform excavation work for a new and revised cart path system at the Echo Hills Golf Course. The work includes removing existing turf, creating a trench for a box culvert, and preparing the ground for asphalt paving across several sections of the course’s cart routes. Coordination with the Golf Manager is required, and the project must be completed as soon as possible after award.
• Scope: Excavation of multiple cart‑path sections (around #12 White Tee, between #13 and #18, from maintenance building to #18, and a trench for a culvert).
• Location: Echo Hills Golf Course, 2100 Echo Lake Dr., Piqua, OH 45356.
• Pre‑bid meeting (optional) on 09/08/2026 at the golf course, 2:00 PM.
• Questions due by 09/10/2026 (4 PM).
• Bid submission deadline 09/15/2026 (2 PM) via email, mail, or hand‑delivery to Bev Yount, Contract & Purchasing Manager.
• Required insurances: Workers’ compensation, general liability, and automobile liability minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence.
• No performance bond or prevailing wage requirements.
