Design Build Services

Hemlock Public School District is seeking a qualified Design-Build firm to provide comprehensive design and construction services for the expansion and potential renovation of Hemlock Elementary School/Early Childhood Center. The project includes a $1M grant from the USDA and a potential $2M to $3M in additional funding from a non-qualified bond. The selected Design-Builder will work closely with the District's Owner's Representative, financial advisor, and legal counsel to deliver the project. The scope of work includes design, construction, and closeout services, with a focus on relocating early childhood programming to a new wing and making space for 1st grade classrooms. Key aspects of the project include: * Secure main corridor connection * Office and student support space * Two to three new ECC classrooms with attached toilet rooms * Student toilet rooms * Re-worked parent drop-off and pick-up loop * Potential future expansion of the elementary school building The District is looking for a Design-Builder who can provide a full range of services, including architecture, interior design, structural, M/E/P/FP, civil, and landscape services.
