The County of Missoula is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to provide full‑service design and construction‑administration for a lobby and office renovation in the Environmental Health division of the Missoula Public Health building. The scope includes schematic design, construction‑drawings, coordination with consultants, permit submission, and on‑site construction‑admin support through project close‑out. The contract budget is $350,000 for construction, with design and admin fees expressed as percentages of that amount. Evaluation will be based on a 40‑point qualification score and a 60‑point cost score, with preference given to disadvantaged businesses, local firms, and those using Montana‑registered apprentices.
