DFSJW RFR - 2027 Fire Extinguisher Filling Station parts, equipment and service

The Department of Fire Services (DFS) seeks a vendor to provide parts, supplies, tools, equipment, and repair/service support for its fire‑extinguisher filling stations at the Stow facility. The contract will be awarded on a small‑business‑purchasing‑program (SBPP) basis, with the possibility of open enrollment for additional vendors. The scope includes supplying OEM replacement parts, delivering specialized tools, and performing on‑site or vendor‑facility repairs under defined warranty and pricing terms. • Supply replacement parts and consumables for low‑ and high‑pressure fire‑extinguisher filling equipment (hydrotest units, CO₂ pumps, cylinder vices, dry‑chemical stations). • Provide on‑site or vendor‑facility repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services at a fixed hourly rate, with no travel or mileage charges. • Meet SBPP eligibility, submit required forms (Non‑Collusion, Prompt‑Pay Discount, Business References, etc.), and adhere to a 2‑year contract term (renewable up to two additional 2‑year periods).
