Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Apptio IT Planning and All Access Education Module. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid. The contract term is from 7/10/2026 to 7/09/2027. The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP and ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
* The contractor must provide ApptioOne Part: DOGWAZX, Apptio All Access Education Pass Individual Engagement per Month, and Apptio Standard Annual IT Spend Under Management per Annum.
* The contractor must provide installation and training services.
* The contractor must provide warranty and maintenance requirements and deliverables.
