Description
The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) seeks a vendor to provide a 10‑month internet database subscription delivering Subsurface Interval Pressure data for the Greater Permian Basin (Central Basin Platform, Midland Basin, Delaware Basin). The subscription must include formation pressure maps (shapefiles, rasters, CSV), user training, manuals, and an online geospatial platform with frequently updated satellite‑based InSAR surface deformation data. Deliverables are digital; the vendor will supply data, training, and ongoing support for the contract term. • Provide continuous access to pressure data and maps for the specified basins. • Deliver user training, manuals, and reference guides. • Supply an online platform with vertical/horizontal InSAR deformation data, updated regularly. • Ensure data is available in common GIS formats (shapefile, raster, CSV). • Support the RRC staff with technical assistance throughout the 10‑month term.
