Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division, is seeking bids for a Rubber Tracked Tractor. The tractor will be used by the Department of Parks and Recreation. Bidders must comply with all requirements outlined in the solicitation, including submitting a completed bid response, cost worksheet, and narrative response. The bid will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest cost, including all applicable preference and incentive calculations.
• The tractor must meet the technical specifications outlined in Attachment 1.
• The bidder must provide a completed cost worksheet, including all line items.
• The bidder must provide a narrative response to the questions outlined in Attachment 3.
• The bidder must comply with all administrative requirements, including submitting a completed agreement cover letter and bidder declaration form.
• The bidder must provide descriptive literature and post-consumer recycled content certification.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Darfur Contracting Act and the Iran Contracting Act.
