Description
The Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center is seeking a contractor to provide supplemental locksmith services on an as-needed basis through work orders. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of one year, with no option periods, and the total cost of work shall not exceed $50,000.
• The contractor must be licensed and registered with Maryland's Locksmith Licensing Program.
• The contractor must provide at least three references that attest to their capabilities and general experience.
• The contractor must provide a list of personnel who will perform services under the contract, along with their experience and background.
• The contractor must maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, crime insurance, and worker's compensation.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
