Description
The State of Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for Families Together Building Solutions Services in Cass and St. Joseph Counties. The successful bidder will provide services to support families and children in need. The contract will begin on October 1, 2026, and will last for three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods.
• The services will include providing support to families and children, connecting them with resources, and advocating for their needs.
• The bidder must demonstrate experience working with similar populations and provide a plan for staff supervision and training.
• The bidder must also provide a plan for data management and retention, as well as a plan for providing services in clients' homes and/or mutually agreed-upon locations.
