Description
The City of McDonough, GA is opening a supplemental pre‑qualification solicitation to expand its pool of general contractors qualified to perform residential housing rehabilitation projects. Existing pool members retain their status; new firms must submit a detailed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating licensing, bonding, insurance, financial capacity, safety record, and at least five comparable Georgia residential rehab projects completed in the past five years. The pool will be valid for two years and will be used for future project‑specific solicitations (RFPs, bids, or RFQs). No work is guaranteed by admission to the pool.

• City may select 3‑5 contractors but retains flexibility to adjust pool size.
