Various air gases

The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is conducting market research to determine industries' capability and interest in providing various air gases in Virginia Beach, VA. The required gases include Aviator's Breathing Oxygen, Helium Oxygen Mix, Nitrogen, Argon, Acetylene Technical Grade, Geotech Mixed Calibration Gas, TVA Mixed Calibration Gas, Hydrogen, and Nitrox Mixed. Vendors must be capable of providing gas refills, certification paperwork, and maintenance and testing of compressed gas cylinders. They must also ensure a one-week turnaround time for refilling and delivering gas cylinders. • The vendor must provide gas refills of the required gases to the specified military and commercial standards. • The vendor must provide all necessary certification paperwork accompanying the gases. • The vendor must refill cylinders within a turnaround time of one week. • The vendor must pick up empty containers and return filled containers within one week. • The vendor must maintain and test compressed gas cylinders. • The vendor must maintain 16 cylinders of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen, Helium-Oxygen Mix, and Nitrox at the Portsmouth facility for swap purposes. • The vendor must dispose of condemned compressed gas cylinders in accordance with applicable regulations.
