Woodcreek Clubhouse Exhaust Hood and Walk-In Cooler Replacement

The City of Roseville is soliciting bids to replace the existing food service exhaust hood, Ansul system, walk-in cooler and freezer, and ADA upgrades at the Woodcreek Clubhouse. The scope of work includes removal of the existing exhaust hood, installation of a new exhaust hood and Ansul system, removal of the existing walk-in cooler, framing and patching wall opening, installation of new walk-in cooler and exterior walk-in freezer, and exterior ADA upgrades. A mandatory job walk is scheduled on May 27, 2026.
