Description
The County of Summit seeks a qualified contractor to mill and overlay the parking lot of a medical office building, perform crack sealing, and provide striping. The work includes 2‑inch milling, 2‑inch warm‑mix asphalt overlay, material haul‑away, and full pavement marking restoration.
• Mill 2‑in. depth and place 2‑in. warm‑mix asphalt (PG58‑28, SX‑75) over approx. 8,783 sq yd (≈ 1,000 tons).
• Provide crack sealing, striping, and traffic‑control painting; all work to be completed between May 15 – Sep 30 (as noted).
• Contractor must supply equipment (WMA plant, pavers, rollers, trucks), source water, perform QC testing, and haul millings to the County’s dump site via I‑70.
• Proposals due 03/25/2026 2:00 PM (electronic preferred); award expected 03/30/2026.
