The Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections seeks a fully‑hosted, off‑the‑shelf online certifications platform that delivers a set of employability‑skills courses and a suite of OSHA 10‑hour training modules for juveniles and staff. The solution must be ready‑to‑use (no custom development), compatible with desktop, laptop and mobile devices across major browsers, provide at least 98 % uptime, and meet stringent Idaho data‑security and cyber‑insurance requirements. Configuration must be completed within 60 calendar days of award with no more than ten (10) hours of IDJC staff assistance, and virtual training must be delivered within ten (10) business days after configuration. The vendor will also supply annual operation & maintenance services, unlimited software updates, and detailed reporting capabilities.
