BPA for Law Enforcement Canines & Handler Training

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) for Law Enforcement Canines & Handler Training. The BPA will provide training services for law enforcement canines and their handlers. The contractor will be responsible for providing training services, including procurement selection and handler training. The period of performance is from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2031. The government is looking for a contractor with experience in providing similar training services, a sound technical approach, and a strong management plan. • The BPA has a maximum ceiling of $250,000. • The contractor must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must provide a completed SF 1449 with signature and all signed amendments. • The contractor must provide company information, including address, phone number, email, and SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). • The contractor must provide evidence of technical capabilities and past performance references. • The government reserves the right to make a best value determination based on individualized needs of the program at the time of order.
