On-Call Construction Management Services

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking proposals for on-call construction management services. The selected consultant will provide construction management services, administration, and coordination for various projects. The consultant will also be required to provide monthly progress reports and attend regular meetings with the Harbor Department and other stakeholders. • Pre-construction services: constructability reviews, construction management procedures, pre-bid meetings, bid support, and bid analysis • Construction services: construction start-up, contractor's construction schedule, project meetings, change orders, and requests for information • Post-construction services: monthly progress reports, accounting and cost control, and daily logs The consultant will be required to have experience in construction management, and knowledge of local regulations and codes is preferred. The selection process will be based on factors such as the consultant's experience, qualifications, and proposed approach.
