Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Department of the Air Force (DAF) Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) Support and Curation.

The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) is seeking innovative commercial solutions to enhance the Department of the Air Force Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) mission. The Government seeks commercial services and technologies that improve CSDR planning, verification and validation (V&V), compliance support, submission data curation, metadata tagging, and data quality preparation. The effort includes establishing required data access and developing a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) in support of DoDI 5000.73 and AFI 65-508. • The Air Force anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract based on the proposals received. • The Government reserves the right to award an Other Transaction for Prototype Project. • The estimated program cost is not greater than $5M. • The Air Force anticipates 1 award per year for this announcement. • The topics of interest include CSDR planning, V&V, and compliance support, as well as CSDR submission data curation, metadata tagging, and quality preparation.
