SMD_Services_IDIQ Contract for Response to Elevator Dual Brake Plunger Replacement and Installation at Various NYCHA developments and Buildings, Citywide.

The New York City Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide services for the replacement and installation of elevator dual brake plunger assemblies at various NYCHA developments and buildings citywide. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing the Titan TBK-10 Dual brake plunger assembly, removing the elevator from service, performing weight tests, and restoring the elevator to service. The contract term is 3 years with 2 one-year renewals. • The contract requires the vendor to have a valid New York State Department of Labor Public Work Registration Certificate and other relevant licenses and certifications. • The vendor must submit electronic bids via the iSupplier platform. • A pre-bid meeting will not be held, and questions must be submitted between October 30th and November 3rd, 2025. • The contract has a minority-owned sub-contracting goal of 15% and a women-owned sub-contracting goal of 15%. • The due date for bids is November 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
