Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to develop, implement, and assist in evaluating an online assessment tool for the Veterans Crisis Line (VCL) Chat program. The tool will help identify symptoms of depression, PTSD, and other mental health problems, and provide referrals to services. The contractor will also provide ongoing technical support and assistance to VCL staff and Chat Crisis Responders.
Key features of the project include:
