Quoters are required to provide only the specified Sulzer pump and ancillary parts. • The quotation should include the quantity, unit, unit price, and amount for the required supplies. • The quotation should be submitted to the issuing office in block 5A on or before close of business on the specified date. • The USCG is not committed to paying any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of this quotation or to contract for supplies or services. • Vendors doing business with the USCG must be registered in SAM (and active).
