Description
The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) is seeking proposals for Poplar Harvest Services at the MWMC Biocycle Farm, located at 29689 Awbrey Lane, Eugene, Oregon 97402. The services include the harvest of poplar trees. A voluntary pre-proposal informational meeting and site tour will be held on December 11, 2025. Proposals must be submitted electronically by January 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (PDT).
• The MWMC reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the solicitation, or reject any or all proposals in accordance with Oregon public contracting law.
• The MWMC does not discriminate against any disadvantaged, minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, or emerging small business certified under ORS 200.055.
• Proposals will be opened and recorded publicly on January 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Springfield City Hall, Environmental Services Division, and via virtual access for registered attendees.
