Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $20,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the materials required. The project involves the construction of embankments and fills, which will require significant amounts of soil, aggregate, and other materials. Additionally, the project includes the installation of barrier walls, berms, landscaping, hardscape, flood gates, underground utility reconfiguration, and pump systems, which will also require significant expenditures. Based on these factors, a rough estimate for the budget could be between $5 million and $20 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the project will require significant amounts of materials and labor, and that the contractor will need to invest in equipment and resources to complete the project. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the project and the contractor's bid.
