USAFA Autoclave System and Reverse Osmosis System RFI

The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking information from potential sources for a lifecycle replacement for an autoclave system and reverse osmosis system. The systems must meet specific salient characteristics, including chamber volume, temperature capabilities, and exterior dimensions. The contract is contemplated as a firm-fixed price contract, and the NAICS code proposed is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. * The autoclave system must have a chamber volume of at least 275L and be capable of temperatures between 110C and 135C. * The reverse osmosis water treatment system must be wall-mounted, have 115V, 60Hz, 1-phase electrical requirements, and be capable of producing up to 400 gallons per day of RO water. * The contractor must provide installation and removal services, including removal and haul away of existing systems and installation of new systems. * The delivery location is the USAF Academy, CO 80840, and the delivery schedule must be completed within 60 days after the order is placed.
