Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for software maintenance and annual renewal of HCL Domino Complete Collaboration and HCL Enterprise Integrator for Domino. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027. Bidders must be authorized distributors or resellers of HCL products. The bid must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer such products. The County reserves the right to select the bidder that it determines is the most responsive and responsible.
• The bid must be submitted online via the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
• The bid must include a copy of the signed bid package and a manufacturer's letter stating that the company is an authorized reseller.
• The bid must be for the brand listed, which is HCL.
• The bid must meet the minimum performance requirements of the County.
• The County reserves the right to make one award or a combination of awards, whichever is in the best interest of the County.
