Description
The School District of Philadelphia seeks a qualified professional staffing firm to provide on‑demand supplemental personnel for its Office of Capital Programs. The contractor will supply architects, engineers, estimators, project managers, schedulers, and other technical and clerical staff on an as‑needed basis, subject to rigorous background‑check and compliance requirements. The three‑year contract (with two optional one‑year renewals) runs from July 1 2023 to June 30 2026, and pricing will be evaluated as part of a weighted scoring system.
• Provide hourly or flat‑fee professional staff across a broad range of engineering, architectural, project‑management, and support roles.
• All assigned personnel must meet Pennsylvania State Police, child‑abuse, FBI, and ACT 126 clearances; contractor must maintain required insurance and tax‑clearance documentation.
