Description
The District is seeking a qualified Class B, DIR‑registered contractor to refresh a Visual & Performing Arts classroom at Dry Creek Elementary. The work is a modest renovation that includes demolition, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, painting, and blind replacement, all under prevailing‑wage rules and strict safety/ background‑check requirements.
• Remove existing sink, casework, flooring, cove base, blinds, and damaged ceiling tiles.
• Install a new stainless‑steel art sink with clay trap, FRP panels, luxury‑vinyl plank flooring (specified brands), roller shades, and repaint walls, doors and casings to specified colors.
• Move classroom contents, finish exposed casework, and reinstall all items after work.
• Contract time 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed; mandatory site walk on April 9 2026; bids due April 17 2026 via Secure Bids portal; required insurance, bonds, and certifications (DIR, drug‑free, asbestos‑free, non‑collusion).
