The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, install, test, and certify a complete 1‑ton electric jib hoist system at the Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier. The scope includes providing the hoist equipment, all associated hardware, electrical hookup, load testing, and required documentation, with work to be completed by mid‑September 2026.
• Provide a free‑standing 1‑ton overhead electric jib hoist with 360° rotation, 20‑ft mast, 12‑ft span, and 220 V power.
• Deliver the system to the pier, perform anchor‑bolt installation, align and plumb the mast, and complete electrical connections by a licensed electrician.
• Conduct load testing at 125 % capacity, issue certification, and supply operator manuals, safety signage, as‑built drawings, and a minimum one‑year warranty.
