Description
The Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the PT (pressed‑tile) flooring throughout the Castle Point facility in Wappingers Falls, NY. The scope includes removal of existing flooring, disposal of waste material, and installation of new PT flooring in multiple areas such as offices, clinics, fitness center, storage rooms, restrooms, and common areas across two phases. The work must comply with VA construction standards, safety regulations, and be completed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Location: Castle Point VA Medical Center, Wappingers Falls, NY
