Description
NASA’s Glenn Research Center is seeking a sole‑source service provider to perform comprehensive emergency and scheduled maintenance on its D8 Discover DaVinci X‑ray diffraction instrument for a one‑year period. The contractor must supply unlimited telephone and remote desktop support, software updates, priority response, on‑site maintenance (travel and labor included), parts, and discounts on consumables, all performed by factory‑trained engineers. The effort is limited to the instrument’s hardware purchased with the Empyrean program, excluding the x‑ray source and certain third‑party items. Submissions of capabilities and qualifications are due 9/15/2026; price quotes will not be evaluated.
