Description
The Macon-Bibb County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the installation and repairs of Softball Field #7 at Carolyn Crayton Park. The project includes demolition, grading, fencing, construction of dugouts and bleacher areas, grassing, irrigation, and other necessary work. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
• The project must be completed within 150 calendar days.
• The contractor shall guarantee all labor and workmanship for a minimum of one year.
• The contractor shall provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, both in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contractor shall maintain traffic control and provide adequate signs and barricades.
• The contractor shall control erosion and prevent damage to surrounding property.
