The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, intends to issue a commercial supply purchase order on a sole source basis to the National Institute of Building Sciences for a ProjNet (Bidder Inquiry) Subscription. This procurement is for a web-based subscription service to manage bidder inquiries for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers solicitations.
