Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide imaging personal protective equipment (PPE) for the VA Portland Hospital Imaging Department. The equipment includes various types of vests, kilts, aprons, and thyroid shields. The vendor must be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the vendor will be required to deliver the equipment within 60 days of the award.
• The equipment must be new, not remanufactured or "gray market" items.
• The vendor must provide a warranty for the equipment.
• The contract will be administered by the Network Contracting Office 20.
• The vendor will be required to submit invoices electronically.
