Description
The VA’s VISN 17 Center of Excellence in Waco, TX seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for its ChemiDoc MP Imaging System (S/N 734BR2180) and associated equipment. The contract covers unlimited on‑site repairs (excluding consumables), prioritized response for critical failures, unlimited telephone support, and firmware/software updates for a one‑year base period with up to four optional one‑year extensions (total possible term 5 years). Travel and per‑diem are not reimbursed; service reports must be delivered within two weeks of each visit. The award will be made to an unrestricted small business and will be administered through the VA’s Network Contracting Office 17.
