The County of Habersham is seeking a qualified contractor to perform milling, patching, leveling, resurfacing, and striping on approximately 12.35 mi of county and town roads. The work includes installing Open‑Graded Interlayer (OGI), applying Super‑pave surface courses, tack coats, and comprehensive traffic‑control striping, all in compliance with GDOT specifications. The contract is fixed‑price, requires performance and payment bonds, and carries liquidated‑damages for delayed completion.
