Description
The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is seeking architectural design professional services for the Bulloch County New Jail Addition Project. The project involves the design of a 160-bed general population male housing unit and a 128-bed female housing unit. The selected firm will provide all design services, including the development of plans and specifications. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk Delivery method (CM/GC). The estimated construction cost of the project is $55,000,000.
• The project is expected to commence by April 2026, with construction documents anticipated for completion in December 2026.
• The selected firm will provide complete schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• The firm will contract with the County in a timely manner and will be responsible for coordinating with consultants hired by the County.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive technicalities or informalities associated with the submission.
• The project is subject to the Georgia Open Records Act, and all responses shall be documents subject to this act.
