Description
Arapahoe Community College is seeking an Architectural Planner to work on the preparation of a Program Plan defining the scope of the renovation to meet the college's objectives. The plan should include diagrams of proposed changes, phasing plans, and identification of deferred maintenance and code deficiencies. The selected firm will work with the college's Advisory Committee and provide a final deliverable by March 2027. The project aims to improve the student learning environment by right-sizing the mix of large, medium, and small rooms, updating classroom A/V systems, replacing finishes, adding whiteboards and podiums, and providing ADA accessibility.
