Stadium Courts Decarb Renovation Phase 2

The Lawrence Housing Authority is seeking bids for the Stadium Courts Decarb Renovation Phase 2 project. The project involves the renovation of 12 residential townhouse buildings, including removal and disposal of two layers of siding, windows, and doors, air sealing, insulating, and re-cladding exterior walls, and replacement of windows, storm doors, and exterior doors. The project also includes re-roofing of entry porch roofs and sections of high roofs, removal and installation of new circuits, and removal and installation of new ducts and terminations.
