Citrix ShareFile + RightSignature 1-Year License Renewal - PORFP

The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) is seeking to procure 250 Citrix ShareFile + RightSignature licenses for a 1-year period. The procurement is limited to Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide the licenses, and the contract will be for a fixed price. The key requirements of the project include: • Providing 250 Citrix ShareFile + RightSignature licenses for 1 year • Ensuring the software is virus-free • Providing a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) • Including all required documentation, including Attachment B and the Data Use Agreement The evaluation criteria for the proposal include conformity to the PORFP specifications, pricing, and the responsiveness and responsibility of the bidder.
