Elevator Maintenance Contract

The Mississippi Valley State University is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance services for 18 passenger elevators on campus. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with options to renew for years 4 and 5. The contractor will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, repairs, and replacements of elevator equipment, as well as providing emergency service response. The contractor will also be required to maintain a parts inventory and provide periodic reports on equipment performance and code requirements. • The contract will cover 18 passenger elevators on campus, including 15 units that are currently operational. • The contractor will be required to perform regular maintenance, repairs, and replacements of elevator equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide emergency service response, including 24-hour emergency service. • The contractor will be required to maintain a parts inventory and provide periodic reports on equipment performance and code requirements. • The contract will be for a period of 3 years with options to renew for years 4 and 5.
