Cedar Creek Section 4 Pipeline Replacement and Cedar Creek Lake Pump Station Improvements

The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is soliciting proposals for a multi‑component civil‑construction project that includes (1) the installation of an 8.3‑mile, 90‑inch water transmission pipeline (Section IV) from the Cedar Creek Pump Station to a point east of the Trinity River, (2) chemical‑feed upgrades at the Cedar Creek (CC1) pump station—including a new high‑head caustic feed system, relocation of low‑head feed, and construction of a new sample‑analyzer building—and (3) improvements at the Ennis (CC2) pump station, notably the installation of monolithic isolation joints.
