Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division is seeking bids from qualified firms to establish a Statewide Contract for the provision of Herbicides and Insecticides. The contract will be mandatory for all State of California Departments and available for use by participating local agencies. The term of the contract will be for two years with three one-year extension options. Bidders must submit their bids by February 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST. The contract will include various products and services, such as herbicides and insecticides, and bidders must meet certain requirements, including pesticide registration and environmental regulations.
