The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified New Jersey‑licensed physician (or firm) to serve as the district’s School/Team Physician for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The contractor will provide comprehensive medical services—including consultation to the superintendent, support to nurses and athletic staff, annual standing‑order updates, rapid approval of homebound instruction requests, routine student physical examinations, liaison with families’ physicians, Hepatitis B vaccinations for staff, prescription writing, mandatory on‑site coverage for all varsity football games, employee health examinations, and a full‑service student drug‑screening program. The award will be a one‑year contract (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with no renewal option, and proposals are due by April 29 2026.
• Scope covers preventive exams, acute injury management, concussion evaluation, vaccinations, and drug‑testing logistics.
• Requires 10+ years NJ physician experience, professional liability coverage ($1 M per incident / $3 M aggregate), background checks, and a principal office near the district.
