Description
The VA is seeking a sole‑source award for a one‑year license (with up to four additional one‑year renewal options) to NCQA’s Quality Compass subscription, including the Data Exporter capability. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order, delivering the license to the contractor’s site for the VA’s internal benchmark, trend, and quality‑improvement analysis. The award is intended to give the VA non‑exclusive, non‑transferable access to proprietary HEDIS data and related analytics tools, with strict limits on external sharing of measure indicators and health‑plan rates.
• Provide a Quality Compass license covering commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare current‑year data plus Data Exporter.
• Base period of 12 months, with up to four optional 12‑month extensions (maximum 5 years).
• Firm‑fixed‑price contract, no competition anticipated; target vendor is NCQA.
