Description
The Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking bids for the Transportation - South Lot: EV Charging - Phase 2 project. The project includes distribution equipment, underground gas and electric infrastructure, equipment pads, and bus chargers. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through BuildingConnected by January 20th, 2026, at 1:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 13th, 2026, at 2:30 PM via Teams Meeting. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s), and file the required bonds within 10 days after notice of award.
• The project consists of separate sealed bids for the following sites: Bid Package 33: Transportation - South Lot: EV Charging - Phase 2
• The bid security must be 5% of the amount of the bid
• The bidder must provide a notarized bid disclosure statement and a certification form
• The bidder must also provide a contractor information form and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act form
• The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price
